Secure payment

This is a translation of the Hebrew page. If anything differs, the Hebrew version applies.
Card payment on the site opens soon. Until then, pay at the restaurant on pickup, or pay the courier on delivery.
When you pay on the site, you type your card details on a licensed payment processor's payment page, not on our site. We never see your card number and never store it.
How it works
- At checkout, choose "Secure payment now" and tap "Continue to payment".
- You go to the processor's encrypted payment page. The address starts with https and shows a lock.
- Enter your card details. The bank that issued your card may ask for an extra check (3D Secure).
- You come back to your order page. The order goes to the kitchen only after the processor confirms the payment to us directly.
How we keep you safe
- The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS, TLS).
- The processor meets the card industry's data security standard, PCI DSS.
- Card details never pass through or rest on our servers. We keep only the amount, the time and the approval number.
- Payment approval comes to us from the processor's server, not from your browser, so a payment can't be faked.

Visa, Mastercard, Isracard, American Express and Diners, plus the other methods shown on the payment page. Charged in shekels, in one payment, for the amount shown before you pay.
If something goes wrong
- A payment that isn't approved doesn't charge you, and the order isn't sent to the kitchen. You can try again or choose another method.
- Charged but no order confirmation? Call 03-5070850 and we'll check right away.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our terms of use. Refunds go to the same card.
