Privacy policy

This is a translation of the Hebrew page. If anything differs, the Hebrew version applies.

We collect only what we need to prepare and deliver your order, and we don't use it for anything else.

What we keep

• Your name and phone number, to update you about your order and call if needed.
• Your address, for delivery orders only. The courier sees it so they can find you.
• The order and payment details (amount, time, method). Card details never pass through us, and we never store them. Payment happens on the payment provider's secure page.

On your device

Your cart, the details you filled in (for next time) and your accessibility settings are kept in your browser only. You can delete them by clearing the site's data in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

If you sign in, your browser keeps one cookie that remembers you're signed in. It is deleted when you sign out.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we keep:

• The account ID that Google sends us.
• The name and email address on the Google account.
• When you last signed in.
• After an order: your phone number and most recent address, so they're filled in next time. The order is linked to your account so it shows up in "My orders".

Your password, contacts and everything else in your Google account never reach us.

To delete your account: on the "My orders" page tap "Delete my account", and it is deleted right away. The orders themselves are kept as the Israel Tax Authority's record-keeping rules require. You can also disconnect Sushi Nandaw in your Google account settings, under "Security". Disconnecting doesn't delete what we already keep.

Sharing

We don't sell or share information, except with providers needed to fulfill the order (the payment company, couriers, site hosting), and only as far as needed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by calling 053-326-0265. Order and payment records are kept as the Israel Tax Authority's record-keeping rules require.
