Ordering terms

This is a translation of the Hebrew page. If anything differs, the Hebrew version applies.

Prices and availability

Prices are in shekels and include VAT. Service is not included. Sold-out dishes are marked and can't be ordered. In the rare case a dish sells out after you order, we'll call to offer an alternative or a refund.

Times

Preparation and delivery times are estimates. At busy times there may be a delay, and we'll update you on the order page or by phone.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas shown on the site, with that area's delivery fee and minimum order.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an order by phone as long as we haven't started preparing it. An order paid online and then canceled is refunded to the same payment method.

Alcohol

Alcohol is sold to customers aged 18 and over only; you'll be asked to show ID when you receive your order. Alcohol pickup and delivery are not available during hours when the law prohibits it. Excessive drinking endangers life and harms health.

Allergens and raw fish

Dishes may contain fish, peanuts, sesame, soy, gluten and eggs. Dishes with raw fish are not recommended for pregnant women, young children or people with a weakened immune system. Tell us about any allergy or sensitivity in the order notes.

Kashrut

The restaurant is under the kashrut supervision of Badatz Beit Yosef, and is closed on Shabbat and holidays.
